Each Luminous Living piece is carefully inspected and prepared with the same attention to detail that goes into our lighting designs. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to ensure your lighting arrives safely and beautifully:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with full tracking information provided. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer complimentary shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your Luminous Living purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures – These pieces are crafted specifically to your specifications, much like our bespoke chandeliers and pendants
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or missing components

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund with the same care we apply to designing our lighting collections:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
