Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures – These pieces are crafted specifically to your specifications, much like our bespoke chandeliers and pendants
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or missing components
